The organ at Minchinhampton has undergone many changes since it was installed in its present position by Nicholson and Lord in 1887, including those made by Hill, Norman & Beard in 1922 and 1937. Subsequently, Jim Portbury, when organist here, arranged for significant additions to the specification and modernization between 1969 and 1994. It is currently being rebuilt by Robert and Abigail Balfour-Rowley of Goetze and Gwynn. On completion, the new specification will be as follows:
