MASASI DAY, 13 AUGUST in HOLY TRINITY, MINCHINHAMPTON – The day begins with a 10.00 a.m. Eucharist and coffee after. There will be an address by the Rt Revd James Almasi, Bishop of Masasi, at around 10.45 a.m. Followed by presentations on the work of the Friends of Masasi and updates on projects supported by Minchinhampton.

A light lunch is available, for which donations are welcome. The day will end at approximately 3:00 p.m. with tea. All are very welcome to join during the day, and there is a sign-up sheet for lunch to help with the catering. Further information from Stephen and Linda Jarvis 01453 884545.

CHURCHYARD MANAGEMENT PLAN – The PCC has recently agreed for a Minchinhampton churchyard management plan to be drafted by a group including Gerald South (01453 883456), Angie Ayling, Caroline Thackray, Darren Clements and Steve Bennett. FUNDRAISING for the 6Ps ORGAN APPEAL – On Sunday 14 August, 2.00–4.30 p.m., the hospitality team will be serving cream teas. There is a sheet on the notice board for anyone wishing to come along or volunteer.

FRIDAY LUNCH in AUGUST – The Friday lunch on 19 August will be a fish and chips dinner, which will cost £10. There are sign-up sheets at the back of the church. This one is different as all our cooks are away in the lead up to the 19 August. An advance notice that there will be no Friday lunch in September due to staff holidays. We hope that you will be able to join us on the 19th. Stephen and Linda Jarvis 01453 884545.
