The Lutheran hymn tune 'Valet will ich dir geben' that provides the opening and closing organ music is the tune that we use to sing 'All glory, laud and honour' as we process with donkey from Market Square to church, re-enacting Christ's entry into Jerusalem. The Benedictus reminds us of the words 'Benedictus qui venit in nomine Domini', 'Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord', shouted by the croud that went ahead and behind.
