Our Rector to leave for pastures new

It was announced today (7 January) that our Rector, the Revd Helen Bailey, has been appointed to a new post as vicar of St John's Church in Broadstone in Salisbury Diocese. Her last Sunday service will be the 10am service at Minchinhampton on Sunday 28th January. Her licensing will take place in Broadstone on Wednesday 7th March at 7pm.
Whilst Helen is sad to be leaving behind congregations she has loved serving and worshipping and working with, she is also looking forward to her future ministry at Broadstone. There will be an opportunity for farewell on Sunday 28th January after the 10am service.

The Diocese of Gloucester’s vision for the next five years is LIFE.

Daily Prayer

The Church has a tradition of daily prayer which embraces the three key elements of praise, intercession and engagement with scripture.

This page links to the C of E Daily Prayer website allowing us all to join in this daily pattern of prayer. When using the Offices individually read both the priest's and people's part.

The Offices are from the Book of Common Worship for today GMT.
